ingredients:-
oil 1 Cup
mutton Meat 1kg
Aloo 1/2 kg
dahi 1/2 cup
Onion 2 medium
laal mirch powder 1/2 tspoon
Kali mirch powder 1 tspoon
salt 2 tspoon
haldi powder 1/2 tspoon
dhaniya powder 1 tbsp
Salan masala / curry powder 2 tbspoon
ginger garlic paste 2 tspoon
whole Garam Masala 1 tbsp (2 teez pat)
